Split into a modular structure, SAMCEF offers static, dynamic, fracture, composites and buckling linear analysis as well as non-linear transient thermal analysis. SAMCEF

Family of general FE analysis software modules, split as below. The mechanical modules also include fracture mechanics and composite materials.

ASEF: Linear static analysis (including stress-stiffening, spin softening or contact)
DYNAM: Eigenmode extraction
STABI: Critical buckling load and associated mode extraction
THERNL: Nonlinear thermal stationary and transient analysis (including conduction, convection, radiation and electrical/thermal coupling)
REPDYN: Transient dynamic, harmonic and siesmic response
SPECTRAL: Random response and fatigue based on PSD

SAMCEF Mecano Nonlinear structural analysis, flexible mechanisms and electro-dynamic cable analysis. Supports nonlinear materials, large rotations, contact and user defined material laws.
SAMCEF Field User-friendly and interactive environment for the modeling, analysis and simulation of linear and nonlinear structures.
SAMCEF Rotor Specialised package for the dynamic analysis of structures with rotating components. It is FE based and computes critical speeds, stability, harmonic and time-transient response.
SAMCEF Quicksizer Vertical application based on parameterised models. Gives quick access to design and parametric studies.
BOSS quattro Powerful and user-friendly design optimisation. Includes parametric and Monte-Carlo studies, direct optimisation, model updating and reponse surface methods.
SAMCEF Machine Tool  Specialised package for modelling, from a simple linear stress analysis to a full optimised mechatronic model. With the ability to mix non-linear finite elements with rigid and flexible kinematic joints as well as digital controllers. The solution is divided into three packages Basic, Standard and Advanced.
