Engineers can spend a great deal of time researching reliable material properties information for use in finite element analysis solutions. IDAC continuously adds materials to its own in-house database and is now able to offer it to users of ANSYS Workbench versions 10.0 & 11.0 SP1.

IDAC offers two material properties databases; a 250 basic materials one and a larger 400 materials database which includes 254 non-linear material data curves such as Fatigue, Non-Linear Stress-Strain, Temp-Dependent Young's Modulus etc (click here for tour)

The price for the Version 1.2 release, basic 250 materials database is £50 plus VAT per copy.

The price for the Version 2.0 materials database (250 basic material plus a further 150 new materials with 254 non-linear material curves included) is £99 plus VAT per copy.
