Who is the course for

This course is for engineers who wish to expand their knowledge in the use of ANSYS Workbench Design Simulation and have already attended the ANSYS Workbench Simulation Introduction course.

Course Aims:

To be able to:

• To be able to study the dynamic behaviour of your structure.
• To perform a modal analysis to determine the characteristic frequencies and mode shapes of your structure.
• To perform harmonic and transient analysis to calculate the structure response to a time varying load.
• To become familiar with setting up a model for dynamic analysis, including damping, springs, joints, contact, loads, constraints, nonlinearities
• To be able to perform random vibration analysis.
