Who is the course for

This course is designed for people wishing to perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and who have little or no ANSYS experience.

Duration:

3 days

Course Aims:

To be able to:
  • Manoeuvre efficiently within the ANSYS Graphical user interface (GUI).
  • To make preliminary decisions on the analysis type to be performed.
  • To build and mesh 2D and 3D models, apply loads and obtain solutions for single or multiple load step scenarios.
  • To verify the results of an analysis. Display results, create animations and plot results along a path.
  • To easily facilitate multiple analysis by using parameters to build the model.
  • To customise your ANSYS operating environment.
